Receive Label

Once accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and packaging instructions.

Send Package

Ship the item back following our instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. Prompt reporting ensures we can resolve your case efficiently.

Product Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This guarantees availability and the fastest possible turnaround for your replacement.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
